All Sales Final:
Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at vivreapparels@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement item. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.

Exchanges:
We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Vivre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Chargebacks:
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated. By purchasing from Vivre, you agree to these terms.
