Vivre is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Limited Drops:
Due to the nature of limited releases, all items are made and shipped in batches. Please allow additional time during drop periods.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Vivre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
